Product Designer

Position Overview: As a Product Designer at Prioclen, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of innovative and scalable technology solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the design and implementation our diverse range of projects, creating an interactive user interface and experience for our solutions.

Generate creative ideas and concepts for new products or improvements to existing ones
Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to visualize and communicate design concepts
Design the user interface and interactions for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align design solutions with business goals
Develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetics of the product
Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for implementation
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve the user experience
Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts
Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and testing results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers
Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for user-centered design principles.

A diploma, bachelor's degree or certification in relevant field (not compulsory)
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience in creating user personas, user journeys, and information architectures
Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and rationale
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges.
