Product Designer
Design and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing screens, and payment experiences for B2C international markets (Asia, Latin America, Europe)
Collaborate with marketing, product and business teams to craft compelling visuals addressing customer pain points
Iterate (together with a growth PM) quickly with A/B testing and maximize conversions
Use user insights and JTBD frameworks to create designs tailored for parents and kids
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and drive engagement
Analyze performance data to refine designs and improve user experience.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Marketing Design with a strong focus on landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion design
Proficiency in Figma and experience creating user-friendly, visually appealing designs
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and A/B testing methodologies
Experience working in fast-paced environments with high traffic and rapid iteration cycles
Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow, Tilda, or similar
Ability to communicate design decisions backed by data and user insights
Basic knowledge of web technologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
