Product Designer

Work with Design , Product and Development counterparts to improve the quality and adoption of Osome’s core financial tools and mobile app
Collaborate with your team to define the problem we want to solve, gather insights and generate a suite of viable solutions
Continually seek to identify new improvement opportunities by monitoring how our product satisfies our clients’ needs and preferences
Own the creation of design deliverables including user journeys, wire frames, prototypes and development-ready designs and specifications
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment of goals and deliver high-quality holistic experiences
Help and contribute to advocating the strong design culture across our organisation.

At least 3 years experience working as part of collaborative cross-functional teams shipping high-quality digital products
Demonstrable experience working across the end-to-end design process through strong case studies
Has previously worked as part of a team working with the improvement of onboarding, activation, feature adoption and/or its impact on the wider product
Has a collaborative nature and keen to partner with the Product Manager to understand customer needs, business value and challenge each other to improve the quality of your domain
Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate their thought-process to peers and stakeholders clearly and concisely
A curious mindset with a willingness to own their design challenges from inception to completion
A desire to continually learn, improve and develop - both the product and themselves
Prior experience working with and applying design system components to your design, in addition to contributing patterns back to the global design system
Proficient in English.
