UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer /to craft intuitive and visually engaging designs that transform user experiences across our digital platforms. This role blends user-centered design principles with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows to create impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and accessible digital experiences that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance user experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
3–5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
