Product Designer
We are looking for a Product Designer to work on developing and improving the user journey in a product, from the moment a user first interacts with the platform to the time of final disengagement. The main task is to shape a holistic customer journey in the product based on customer needs and product strategy.
For us, a Product Designer is a person who works not only with one team, but also a player at the organization level with real opportunities to participate and drive global, enterprise-level change.
Develop and enhance the entire user experience of web and mobile applications;
Review and validate product navigation to improve conversion rates;
Design and implement metrics to ensure the integrity of the customer journey;
Increase customer satisfaction;
Actively participate in the community and interact with UX researchers;
Collaborate with other teams to implement changes;
Work on a multilingual interface;
Prepare design layouts;
Create interactive prototypes;
Conduct UX testing of design solutions;
Participate in the support and development of the product’s design system;
Participate in quality control of implementation.
Approach visual design systematically, adhering to principles of atomicity and consistency/ respecting atomic and consistency principles;
Make design decisions based on analytical data or user research;
Use appropriate user experience mapping methods to collect data on client interaction with the product;
Validate solutions before development by conducting UX testing, including using high-fidelity prototypes;
Know and apply usability assessment approaches;
Be ready to work in a cross-functional team, closely collaborating with developers and Product Owners;
Pay proper attention to text in interfaces;
Understand the Jobs-to-be-Done approach;
Consider dependencies between different parts of the product when designing end-to-end scenarios;
Track changes in metrics and indicators in the product during experiments.
