UI/UX/Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX/Product Designer to lead the design efforts of our innovative B2B SaaS platform. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications that resonate with our North American audience. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with product managers and developers, a passion for user testing, and a results-driven mindset to deliver exceptional experiences.

Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, including ideation, prototyping, and final execution

Prototyping & Scenarios: Develop interactive prototypes and design scenarios tailored to user needs

Usability Research: Plan and execute usability studies, gather insights, and leverage competitive analysis to refine designs

Design Systems: Maintain and expand our design system to streamline product development and maintain consistency

Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs within development constraints

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous design reviews to ensure a high standard of quality in every release

Time Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

3+ years specializing in B2B SaaS product design

An outstanding portfolio showcasing visual design expertise, user flows, and interactive prototypes

Expertise in Figma, with advanced use of components, styles, and auto layouts

Strong proficiency in usability research, capable of conducting independent studies

Knowledge of design implementation tools like Webflow or similar platforms

Exceptional attention to detail in composition, typography, and design execution

Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
