UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will bring expertise in UI design principles, best practices, and UX patterns to our growing team. This role is critical in enhancing the user experience of our platforms, maintaining consistency in design across products, and driving innovation in interface solutions. Familiarize yourself with existing platforms to understand current workflows

Design and develop workflows for new product features

Conduct research and propose innovative design solutions for interfaces

Maintain and enhance the current UI library in Figma, ensuring consistency across products

Collaborate closely with developers for smooth design handoffs

Create animated prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design

A portfolio showcasing real products with detailed explanations of concepts, design decisions, and metrics

Strong familiarity with UI design principles and best practices

Experience with startups and the ability to deliver designs quickly

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and propose alternatives.
