Product Designer (Analytics)

WAYVEE Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape the design and user experience of our B2B SaaS platform. This platform empowers retailers with real-time data and actionable insights to optimize their operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Design user-centered interfaces for the WAYVEE Analytics B2B SaaS platform, ensuring seamless navigation and usability for retailers
Collaborate closely with CPO, engineers, and data team to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and iterate on product features
Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including UI components, style guides, and interaction patterns
Translate complex data analytics and insights into visually compelling and easily understandable dashboards and reports
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the product's design and functionality
Ensure the product adheres to accessibility standards and delivers an inclusive user experience.

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2B tech products (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and analytics tools
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience working with complex data visualizations and translating insights into actionable user experiences
Familiarity with Agile product development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
