UI Designer

You will own and enhance the UI design of our B2B SaaS products, ensuring compliance alongside an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface
You are responsible for designing high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and  interactive elements based on product requirements
You will maintain  and refine our Figma design system, ensuring alignment  with brand and usability guidelines
You collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect  implementation of UI designs
You are responsible for conducting  UI audits to identify inconsistencies or  areas for improvement
You will develop and present design mockups, interactive prototypes, and  user  flows for new features and product enhancements
You will conduct research on the competitive landscape, UI trends and best  practices to continuously improve design quality and usability.

You already have at least more than 5 years of experience in UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
You have strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, and prototyping
You have a solid understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and UI best practices
You are able to translate complex UX concepts into clear, functional UI  designs
You are already experienced in working in agile, cross-functional teams  with  developers and product managers
You are able to present a portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work and design system contributions
You have a permanent residency in Germany
You are characterized by strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
