UI/UX Designer

We are a new design studio looking for a UI/UX designer to partner on a range of web projects—from Web3 financial platforms to small commercial websites. While long-term experience isn’t essential, a strong attention to detail, proficiency in Figma, and an understanding of web technology are key.

Design Custom Platform Navigation: Craft intuitive, seamless wayfinding for digital products

Create Polished Wireframes: Develop clean, functional wireframe layouts that align with project goals

Incorporate Brand Elements: Integrate visual brand identities into engaging web designs

Build Interactive Prototypes: Develop inspectable prototypes to test and refine user experiences

Maintain Design Systems: Use Figma to set up and follow established styling libraries for consistent, professional design.

Motion graphics skills (especially Lottie animations)
Interest in brand design and development
Pitch deck design experience
Web-based 3D modeling skills (e.g., Spline.app)
Experience in creating assets for social marketing campaigns.Proficiency in Figma (please be ready to share a design system you’ve previously worked on and explain your process)
Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
A good grasp of web technologies
Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy)
A proven record of web/app design in Figma.

Freelance on a monthly basis (initial contracts booked month-to-month, with the potential for longer-term opportunities)
Fully remote and time zone insensitive, working a 5-day week
$2,500 per month (including deposit), with all digital work expenses covered.
