Senior Designer

Take full ownership of designing product experiences in one product area from initial concept to fully polished UI
Collaborate (discuss opportunities, brainstorm solutions, etc) with a product team (engineers, PM, analyst, researcher) to achieve the team’s OKRs
Go through the full design cycle (discovery, usecase/scenario definition, solution design, design crits/reviews, changes based on the feedback, etc) in a weekly cadence
Keep our Design System up to date by introducing new or changing existing elements (supervised by a Senior Designer)
Participate in and/or lead adjacent initiatives (such as branding, product strategy definition, introduction of new design tools and approaches, introduction of and changes to our product and design processes).
At least four years of experience as a product designer for a consumer-facing product (web or mobile app) or B2B SaaS in a product-led company
Experience working as a part of a collaborative product team
Strong experience designing for one platform with basic experience designing for other platforms (desktop web, mobile web, mobile app)
Basic experience with designing for desktop web, mobile web and mobile app
You have at least one case in your design portfolio where you were responsible for what and how to design and had to do any of the following: increase motivation (or remove/decrease negative motivation) of the user, remove/decrease friction for the user (or increase their ability level), integrate your product experience (design) with multiple other experiences, simplify an already existing process that involves more than one role, create delightful micro interactions to wow your audience, build UX/UI/Both for an audience with very specific traits, intentionally violate design best practices in order to build a great experience.
