UI/UX Designer

Craft UX strategies that leverage qualitative research and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
Create user-driven wireframes for a variety of digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital marketing assets
Design high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, including pixel-perfect UI designs
Develop digital design systems using Figma variables, auto-layout, and prototyping features
Defining functional requirements and interactivity while working within known development constraints
Proactively manage work - review project plans and briefs, flagging any dependencies or concerns
Assist in developing and refining UX/UI design workflows by experimenting with AI to gain efficiencies throughout the design process.

5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, agency experience preferred
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI design projects across various digital platforms, especially in client-focused settings
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant web design software
Expert in Figma, adeptly using frames, auto layout, components & variables, creating custom styles & libraries, and creating design elements to-spec
Ability to think critically and problem-solve by evaluating a situation and proposing solutions
Keen eye for aesthetics and details with a passion for delivering polished and user-focused designs
Excellent presentation skills, with the capability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders and client teams
Proactive communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal and client stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple client projects simultaneously
Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
