As a Product Design Lead at KnowledgeCity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our e-learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, engaging, and effective designs for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will span from high-level strategy to hands-on design work, ensuring our products meet the highest usability and aesthetic standards. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

You will work across multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work rather than transitioning into a management-focused role
Your role involves maintaining a cohesive design system and ensuring design consistency across all platforms
You will lead a team of designers, optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and achieve impactful results
You will be responsible for the design strategy, backlog, and design decisions alongside the product team.

At least 2 years of experience as a Design Lead or Art Director
More than 5 years of experience in product design
High level of Figma usage is a must. Confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, Lottie, etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies from problem definition to final implementation
A strategic mindset that allows you to analyze the entire service and propose solutions beyond isolated tasks
Independence and the ability to handle tasks with varying levels of uncertainty
A proactive approach to improving and streamlining team processes
The ability to simplify complex problems into clear and effective design solutions
Accurate and attentive to details
English and Russian language is a must.
