Lead User-Centered Design Process: Develop and drive a user-centered design process to create intuitive, conversion-optimized user experiences for our website
Data-Driven User Research and Analysis: Collaborate with UX researchers and analyze site performance metrics to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions
Design Wireframes and Prototypes: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, focusing on conversion paths
Optimize for Conversion: Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to design user journeys and touchpoints that drive conversions, from landing pages to product pages and CTAs
Iterative Testing and Feedback: Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and gather user feedback to continuously refine the user experience, ensuring designs are optimized for engagement and conversion
Establish and Maintain UX Best Practices: Set up UX design guidelines and best practices for consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences across the site
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing to bring concepts to life, ensuring the feasibility and integrity of UX designs throughout development.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of UX design experience, ideally with a focus on digital products in financial services or wealth management
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing data-driven UX design work, particularly for websites focused on user engagement, conversion, and client acquisition
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, along with knowledge of prototyping and usability testing tools
Conversion Optimization Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing for conversion, including knowledge of A/B testing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), and an understanding of UX metrics and KPIs
UX Research Skills: Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions
Understanding of Wealth Management or Financial Services: Familiarity with financial services and wealth management user needs and regulatory considerations is highly desirable
Responsive Design and Accessibility: Strong grasp of responsive design principles and familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines
Collaboration & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
