UI/UX Designer

We are currently searching for a UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team. This position is for someone located in São Paulo, Brazil who is able to come into the office in-person at least once weekly. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest projects within the retail industry.
Build, collaborate on and maintain complex CSS for front-end applications that integrate simply and seamlessly on our clients’ web pages, across browsers and various devices.
You’ll work on a cross functional team, collaborating with the product and engineering team to analyze user needs and scope new feature development
Write extensible, clean layout and style code
Ensure high-quality visual and UX standards that maintains brand consistency
Create prototypes and demos of future/experimental new experiences
Shape emerging products that hit market
You’ll collaborate with a team excited to improve environmental impact and improve e-commerce.
3+ years’ experience building UI/UX experiences with CSS
Experience with libraries like Tailwind and Bootstrap
Ability to implement designs from Figma or similar tools, including being able to give feedback and recommendations about potential gaps or design improvements
Proficiency in measuring and optimizing frontend performance
Creative problem solver with a drive for finding effective solutions.
Above bar communication skills, both written and oral, to engage engineers, product partners and stakeholders at all levels
Well organized individual that pays close attention to detail
Able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
Bonus if you have experience integrating with large retail e-commerce sites.
