UX/UI Designer

Bevy Commerce is a software development studio specializing in cutting-edge eCommerce solutions. We build tailored, innovative products that drive sales and elevate the customer experience for industry giants such as Canadian Tire, Alo Yoga, Authentic Brands Group, and Shopify corporate.

Design prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications
Update and optimize the user interface (UI) of existing applications
Design user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets
Translate text-based or written design requirements into full-fledged mockups
Conduct research to find out possible design solutions for the project
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the design fulfills project requirements and technical specifications
Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies to improve the user experience.

Previous experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio of recent works
Must be proficient in the latest design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc
Ability to develop UI mockups and prototypes illustrating how websites and applications function and look
Must have experience with logo and vector art design using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure the interface is accessible across all devices and screen sizes
Must be able to identify and solve complex UI/UX challenges
Familiarity with color theory, composition, and typography
Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS is preferable
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
Must be a team player and able to work regularly with designers and developers to fulfill the requirements
Strong command over the English language is a MUST
Candidates should be comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
