Media Marketing Designer

Full-stack digital marketing agency Benrey (Estonia) is seeking for Media Marketing Designer.

Сreate responsive banner designs that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices;

Develop interactive elements using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript;

Maintain consistency in design by adhering to brand guidelines; apply a strong sense of typography, colour theory, and layout design to create visually appealing banners;

Ensure designs are user-friendly and engaging, enhancing the overall user experience; continuously optimize banners for better performance and user engagement;

Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all design elements are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic;

Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions;

Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members;

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall design process and outcomes; stay ahead of the trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Understanding of HTML and CSS;

Familiarity with basic JavaScript for interactive elements; experience with libraries such as Gsap for animations and effects;

Ability to create responsive banners that adapt to various screen sizes and devices;

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with other design tools like Sketch or Figma;

Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design;

Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs and banners that are user-friendly and engaging;

Understanding of user experience and interface design principles;

Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design.
